The Athletic Pride Alliance is a growing community of leagues, teams, clubs, tournaments, coaches, and organizations committed to creating inclusive, respectful, and welcoming athletic spaces.

About Athletic Pride Gear
Athletic Pride Gear was founded by Coach Steiner, a lifelong coach, official, entrepreneur, and advocate for women and LGBTQ+ athletes.
With decades spent on the field, in the dugout, and alongside athletes, Athletic Pride Gear was created to fill a gap that had existed for far too long—athletic apparel and community built specifically for athletes who have often been overlooked.
The Athletic Pride Alliance is a natural extension of that mission.
